CPP Assistance Services Private Limited ("CPP India", "CPP", "we", "our" or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals whose personal data we process.

- use the Digital Platforms for any unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Digital Platforms or to any account, server, system or network connected to them;
- introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code;
- interfere with, disrupt or impair the operation, availability or security of the Digital Platforms;
- use automated tools to extract, scrape, index or reproduce content from the Digital Platforms without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law; or
- submit content or information that is unlawful, misleading or infringes another person’s rights.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Digital Platforms and their content, including text, images, graphics, audio, video, software, code, interfaces, structure, design, selection, arrangement and overall look and feel, are owned by or licensed to CPP India unless otherwise stated.
CPP India and its licensors retain all rights in their trademarks, service marks, design rights, patents, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property. Access to the Digital Platforms does not grant you any ownership interest or licence except the limited right to use them in accordance with these Terms.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, transmit, publicly display, commercially exploit, make available or create derivative works from the Digital Platforms or their content without prior written permission from CPP India or the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by applicable law.

If you submit personal data through the Digital Platforms, it will be processed as described in our Privacy Notice. You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate, complete and not misleading. You must not provide another person’s personal data unless you are authorised to do so.

The Digital Platforms may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties (“Linked Sites”). These links are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement of, or association with, the Linked Sites or their content, products or services.
CPP India does not control the Linked Sites and is not responsible for their availability, security, content or practices. Your use of a Linked Site is subject to the terms and policies of its operator. No website may link to the Digital Platforms or their pages without our prior written consent, except where permitted by applicable law.
8. Availability and Disclaimer of Warranties
The Digital Platforms are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CPP India does not give any express or implied warranty regarding the availability, continuity, security, accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of the Digital Platforms or their content.
We do not warrant that the Digital Platforms will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Information made available through the Digital Platforms should be independently verified where appropriate. You are responsible for using suitable security measures when accessing the internet and the Digital Platforms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CPP India, its officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from or relating to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Digital Platforms or any Linked Site.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, remedy or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Your Responsibility
You will be responsible for losses, claims, damages and reasonable costs incurred by CPP India to the extent arising from your unlawful use of the Digital Platforms, your material breach of these Terms, or content submitted by you that infringes another person’s rights. CPP India may control the defence or settlement of a third-party claim to which this provision applies, and you agree to provide reasonable cooperation.
11. Additional Terms
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CPP India regarding your general use of the Digital Platforms. Additional terms may apply to specific products, services, applications, promotions or transactions. If there is a conflict, the specific terms will apply to the relevant product, service, application, promotion or transaction.
Any software made available through the Digital Platforms may be subject to a separate licence agreement. You must comply with the terms of that licence.
12. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Any failure or delay by CPP India in exercising a right or remedy under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
13. Assignment
CPP India may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms as part of a reorganisation, merger, business transfer or other lawful corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any matter relating to the Digital Platforms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Digital Platforms.

These Terms and communications relating to them will be issued in English.
